The California Insurance Careers Program, in conjunction with the Insurance Educational Association, has developed a 10-part ‘Introduction to Insurance’ lecture series. These streaming video classes incorporate synchronized slides, video and audio as well as an instant table of contents for ease of use, and quick access to specific sections of each lecture.

Educators can incorporate any or all of these lectures as part of community college or high school courses on business, risk management or insurance specific classes. The lectures are presented by David Blakesley, CPCU, ARM, CIC – Curriculum Director for the Insurance Educational Association.
